I'M A CNA! (www.imacna.com) is an exam prep course. This page says what we collect, why, and what we do with it. Short version: only what the course needs to work, never sold, never shared for advertising.

What we collect

What we do not collect

No advertising trackers, no social-media pixels, no analytics that follow you across other sites. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. Reviewer previews use one more. Your browser may also store small preferences (for example, a hidden mascot) locally. That is all.

How we use it

To run your account, save your progress, deliver the modules you have paid for or unlocked with a code, send you the emails you ask for (password resets and, if you opt in, notices about the course), and keep the site secure. We may look at overall, anonymous patterns (for example, which questions most people miss) to make the course better.

Who can see it

The people who run I'M A CNA!, our hosting provider (Bluehost), Stripe for payments, and Google if you use Google sign-in. Each of them only gets what their part needs. We never sell your information and we never share it for advertising. We would disclose it only if the law required it.

Narration

The "listen" feature uses the voice built into your own phone or computer. Nothing you hear is sent to us or to any speech service.

Your choices

You can update your name and password in your account, reset your password from the sign-in page, and ask us to delete your account and progress at any time by emailing hello@imacna.com. We will confirm the deletion by email.

Children

The course is for adults preparing for a nursing assistant exam. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the new version is posted here.
