Terms of Service
Last updated September 12, 2026
These are the terms for using I'M A CNA! (www.imacna.com). By creating an account or buying the course you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed, so they are short.
What this is, and is not
I'M A CNA! is an exam preparation resource. It is not a state-approved nurse aide training program, it does not replace one where your state requires one, and finishing it does not by itself make you a certified nursing assistant. Certification comes from your state after you pass its exam. Exam rules, fees, and skills lists change; confirm the current ones with your state's nurse aide registry or your test vendor's candidate handbook before you schedule.
Your account
One account per person. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. We may close an account that shares its access, copies the course, or abuses the service.
The purchase
The course is a one-time payment, processed by Stripe, at the price shown on the site when you buy. It gives you access to every module that exists on the day you buy and every module we add afterward, for as long as I'M A CNA! operates. It is not a subscription and there are no renewals. Access codes given out by us open the same course at no charge; they may be limited in number or time and may not be resold or passed on.
Refunds
If you have not started the course, meaning you have not opened any module, email hello@imacna.com and we will refund the payment in full. Once you have started the course, the purchase is final and there are no refunds. That is the whole policy, and it is shown again on the payment page before you pay.
What you may do with the content
Read it, watch it, practice with it, and use it to prepare for your own exam. The lessons, videos, figures, questions, flashcards, and Nurse Tiffany's likeness belong to I'M A CNA! and may not be copied, recorded, shared, resold, or used to build another course, in whole or in part.
Accuracy and responsibility
We work hard to match the course to the way the exam is actually scored, and we correct anything a student or a nurse shows us is wrong. Even so, the course is provided as is. We do not guarantee that you will pass, and we are not responsible for exam outcomes, for decisions you make in a clinical setting, or for changes a state or test vendor makes after we publish. Nothing in the course is medical advice for any particular resident or patient.
Availability
We aim to keep the site up all the time, and sometimes it will be down for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Your progress is saved on our server, not in your browser, so an outage does not lose it.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the date at the top changes and the new version is posted here. Continuing to use the course after a change means you accept it.
